“A Proper Fit:” Women at Work in the Corset Industry

A fun, informative program is being planned by the Mendon Historical Society on October 4 at 2 p.m. in the Mendon Senior Center, 62 Providence St. Mendon.
The program is entitled “A Proper Fit” women at work in the corset industry. It will be presented by Anne Marie Murphy who has authored a book by the same name. Her exhausted research feels rollicking and joyful. We invite you to mark your calendar for an enjoyable afternoon. Books will be available as well as a book signing.
